Mr. Catalano has held various managerial positions in the international oceanographic industry.  At Benthos, the marine instrumentation company, where he worked for 15 years, his most recent position was Vice President of Operations.

Before joining Benthos, he worked for Harvey-Lynch in Houston, Texas, where he was involved in the sale of geophysical and navigation equipment to Gulf of Mexico offshore oil and gas survey contractors.  He also worked for Brown and Root in its worldwide hydrographic survey division, and at Ocean Surveys, Inc. of Old Saybrook, CT, where he was a member of a team that conducted environmental assessment programs around the world.
