FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITY:
Perform project management and project work for coastal jobs, particularly as the work relates to capabilities as a Professional Engineer. Lead proposal efforts for Coastal Division. Assist the Business Unit Director with the formulation and implementation of marketing plans for the Coastal Division. |

PERFORMANCE EVALUATION: Performance evaluations will be based on the following:

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Coastal Engineering or related scientific field. Professional Engineer (P.E.) License required. Minimum of eight (8) years experience in consulting business or related career. Experience in field projects and data analysis. Strong quantitative abilities and computer expertise. Experience in wave modeling, sediment transport modeling and shoreline change analysis. Business acumen and financial analysis abilities. Demonstrated strength in written and verbal communication skills. |
