Working as a member of E & E's Kingdom of Saudi Arabia-based GIS team, supported the in country field monitoring and assessment of damage to the environment and public health in Saudi Arabia as result of the 1991 Gulf War. Geodatabases were developed to manage the data collected throughout the monitoring and assessment studies. Presented and defended the Environmental Damage and Natural Resource Damage Assessment claims on behalf of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the United Nations Compensation Commission. The cases were presented at the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland at The Palace of Nations.

Kern River Pipeline, Multi-State.
Provided GIS support in an expedited Federal Energy Regulatory Commission permitting process for this natural gas pipeline, which was planned to run from Wyoming to California. Worked with various field biologists to collect, organize, process, and manage the field data. The pipeline has since been constructed.

Fortistar Power Facility, Staten Island, New York.
Used GIS analysis as part of the permit process for planned natural gas turbines to delineate state/national wetlands and to conduct ROW analysis.

Naval Facilities, Eastern Seaboard.
For the United States Navy, provided mapping, georeferencing, and data digitizing support for a variety of E & E projects, including evaluations of potential outlying landing field sites on the Eastern Seaboard and the proposed realignment of F/A-18 aircraft at East Coast naval facilities. Was a GIS team member for E & E's Air Installation Compatible Use Zone (AICUZ) plan update for Marine Corps Air Station in Beaufort, South Carolina; and for mapping associated with planned marsh vegetation clearance at Boca Chica Airfield, Naval Air Station Key West, Florida.

Level Three (3).
Provided wetland delineation support and to help acquire the permits for a fiber optic converter station in New York State. Provided GIS support for the field teams and mapping of the wetlands.

Neptune RTS, New York and New Jersey.
Provided GIS support on the regulatory filings for the New Jersey and New York sections that constitute the first phase of the sub-marine Neptune Regional Transmission System (Neptune RTS) in the first phase of this multibillion-dollar project.

Environmental Damage Claims, Kuwait.
A member of E & E's United States-based GIS teams that supported the in-country field monitoring and assessment of damage to the environment and public health in Kuwait as a result of the 1991 Gulf War.

Municipal Planning Projects.
Working with the Stowe Public Works Department, completed an extensive inventory of existing highway culverts, mapped the watershed for each culvert, and determined each culvert's adequacy. Identified undersized and poorly maintained culverts, ranked their priority for repair or replacement, and submitted a report with recommendations to the town engineer.
